We publish this Privacy Notice, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, hereinafter referred to as "the Law," with the following terms:

The personal data that Pollen requests from our clients includes (but is not limited to): name, address, email address, telephone number, position; and, if you represent a legal entity, the company's address and telephone number, information about its products and services, websites, and social media accounts. This data is collected through the "REGISTER / CONTACT US / REQUEST INFORMATION / APPLY / EVALUATE MY BRAND" section on our website.

Within our commercial policies, at Pollen we do not request any

6. Contact for the purpose of conducting quality assessment surveys

At Pollen we may use personal data to offer other non-business
related to the fulfillment of the legal relationship that gave rise to the contracted services. In addition, we may share them with our business partners, affiliates, or subsidiaries for the same purposes.
Additionally, the Client accepts and acknowledges that it is required under the Personal Data Protection Act to have its own Privacy Notice that legally allows it to collect, store, use, and process the personal and sensitive data of its own clients. Likewise, the Client is obligated to establish in its Privacy Notice the right to transfer its clients' personal and sensitive data to Pollen, so that Pollen can store, use, and process such personal and sensitive data for the fulfillment of the services provided between Pollen and the Client.
In the event that the Client fails to comply with the obligations agreed upon in this Clause and Pollen is directly or indirectly affected by this failure, the Client undertakes to indemnify and hold Pollen harmless. The Client undertakes to be liable for any damage or loss that may arise to Pollen. The personal data collected may be processed so that the Client can respond to legal requests from competent authorities.
EXCEPTIONS
In accordance with the Law, there are cases in which the consent of the
Client is not necessary for the processing of your personal data, and therefore, the

OPTIONS AND MEANS THAT Pollen OFFERS TO CUSTOMERS TO

The personal data of the Clients will be treated under the strictest
confidentiality, taking care of the administrative, physical, and technical security measures that we at Pollen implement in our internal security policies and procedures, avoiding the possible illicit disclosure of data and limiting its use to what is established in this Privacy Notice.
TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
There will be no transfer of personal data to third parties, with the exception of

The request to exercise the Client's rights must include a copy of his/her
identification and that of the legal representative (if applicable) and contain the following
data:
1. Client Name.
2. Address and email address to notify you of the response to your request.

The procedure to follow will be the same as that provided for exercising your rights under the Privacy Notice.
If your request is approved, your data will no longer be processed by Pollen.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
The Privacy Notice may be modified at any time for the purpose of
