We publish this Privacy Notice, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, hereinafter referred to as "the Law," with the following terms:

Within our commercial policies, at Pollen we do not request any

Additionally, the Client accepts and acknowledges that it is required under the Personal Data Protection Act to have its own Privacy Notice that legally allows it to collect, store, use, and process the personal and sensitive data of its own clients. Likewise, the Client is obligated to establish in its Privacy Notice the right to transfer its clients' personal and sensitive data to Pollen, so that Pollen can store, use, and process such personal and sensitive data for the fulfillment of the services provided between Pollen and the Client.

In the event that the Client fails to comply with the obligations agreed upon in this Clause and Pollen is directly or indirectly affected by this failure, the Client undertakes to indemnify and hold Pollen harmless. The Client undertakes to be liable for any damage or loss that may arise to Pollen. The personal data collected may be processed so that the Client can respond to legal requests from competent authorities.

EXCEPTIONS

In accordance with the Law, there are cases in which the consent of the

Client is not necessary for the processing of your personal data, and therefore, the

The request to exercise the Client's rights must include a copy of his/her

identification and that of the legal representative (if applicable) and contain the following

data:

1. Client Name.

2. Address and email address to notify you of the response to your request.
